Assistant District Manager & Trainer

The Opportunity:

Wings Over is seeking an Assistant District Manager & Trainer to join our team. As an Assistant District Manager & Trainer, you will be responsible for training staff and developing teams in a quick-service restaurant. This person will serve our restaurants in the Northeast United States, including MA, CT, NY, and VT.

Day in the Life (includes, but is not limited to):

Works side by side with the team frying chicken, greeting guests, and modeling Wings Over standards, values, and behaviorsManages with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture, values, and mission of Wings OverEnsures approved standard operating procedures are established and followedEnsures food safety by leading disciplined execution in FOH and BOH, following health, safety, and sanitation guidelinesServes a consistent product and service by providing proper team training and giving regular feedbackResolves conflicts promptly in a thoughtful, empathetic, and fair mannerOther related duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table:

Three (3) years of food service experience (line-level or management); At least one (1) of those years in fast-casual/QSR industryServ-Safe Certification requiredFlexible schedule- available nights, holidays, and weekendsPassionate about food and guest serviceAble to manage store operations independentlyAble to communicate clearly and conciselyProactive in identifying problems and implementing solutionsCalm and collected in moments of pressureAble to lift 50 lbs. and can stand for prolonged periods of timeValid driver’s license and current insuranceLegal US work authorization
