Assistant Manager, Life Insurance (Compliance & Business Development)

Ensure strict compliance with all legislation and guidelinesPass in Paper I, III and V under (IIQE)Product and compliance knowledge in bancassuranceResponsibilities:

Ensure strict compliance with all legislation and guidelines pertaining to products and providers, and establish robust controls and procedures.
Assist in facilitating internal and regulatory audits on submission of data or inquiries regarding matters related to products or providers.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to formulate the logistics and workflow to enhance sales efficiency.
Assist the department to implement sales and marketing programs such as marketing promotions, seminars, sales incentives etc.

Requirements:

Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in insurance, banking and finance,
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in bancassurance / life insurance broker/IFA,
Pass in Paper I, III and V under Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) is preferred,
With product and compliance knowledge in bancassurance,
Organized, responsible with good interpersonal skills,
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese,
Proficient in MS Office applications.
