Description
🚀 Build your career where infrastructure meets technology
Sensat builds digital twin technology that helps deliver some of the UK’s and US’s most important infrastructure projects.
Work that once relied heavily on paper drawings and repeated site visits can now be supported by live spatial data and 3D models. Our customers use Sensat to make better decisions across energy-grid upgrades, water networks and major rail programmes.
As we grow, we’re building a more structured and consistent approach to how we support our customers. We want every customer to understand the value of Sensat, feel confident using the platform and have a great experience working with us.
You’ll take ownership of a varied portfolio of customers, becoming their main point of contact and helping them get the most from Sensat.
This role could suit someone already working in Customer Success or support, or someone with hands-on infrastructure experience who wants to move into a customer-facing technology role.
🛠️ What you'll be doing
You’ll be responsible for:
Managing a portfolio of Sensat customers, building strong working relationships with key users and project leads.
Helping new customers get started with Sensat, ensuring their projects are set up correctly and users feel confident using the platform.
Delivering virtual and in-person training sessions to help customers understand the platform and get up and running quickly.
Making sure customers are actively using Sensat, understand its capabilities and can see clear value from their investment.
Running regular customer check-ins and account reviews to maintain engagement and understand how we can better support them.
Identifying where customers may need additional support or where a relationship could be at risk, working with the Head of Customer Partnerships to address issues early.
Supporting customer renewals by maintaining strong relationships and demonstrating the value Sensat continues to provide.
Responding to product questions and day-to-day issues, escalating to our technical teams when needed.
Developing a strong understanding of your customers, their projects and the challenges they face.
Sharing customer feedback with our Product and Customer Partnerships teams, highlighting common issues, product requests and opportunities to improve the customer experience.

You have some experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, Customer Support, Account Management or another customer-facing role.
You’re genuinely curious about infrastructure and willing to get properly involved in understanding how our customers and their projects work.
Whichever route you’re coming from, you’ll be:
