Brand Development Manager

The role of the Brand Development Manager is to develop and execute Wren and Berry’s brand-led customer engagement strategy across all retail activations, including shows and events, tastings and Costco Special Events, with the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The Brand Development Manager will also collect, analyse and interpret data from customer interactions to develop the organisation’s market knowledge, including customer intelligence, new and upcoming products and trends and competitor information.

Responsibilities

Coordinate tasting events with farm shops, grocers and other retail and hospitality partners.
Develop existing and identify new customers, ensure regular maintenance of communication and consistent contact, to build and maintain customer loyalty.
Select, evaluate and provide recommendations on tasting events and retail shows to attend to ensure maximised profit opportunities.
Oversee Brand Ambassadors, Wren and Berry employees and external agencies during events to ensure effective brand representation and to drive performance, ensuring sales targets are exceeded.
Attend key events to gather consumer and trade customer feedback, and to obtain market intelligence on products, trends and competition for presentation to the Senior Management Team.
Work closely with Wren and Berry colleagues to oversee accurate stock allocation and timely collections and deliveries.
Assist in the recruitment and training a team of Brand Ambassadors to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.

The salary range of £30,000 - £36,000 is dependent upon experience, with the expectation that candidates will have significant sales experience at the higher end of the salary range.
