This time-honoured company has a loyal customer base, with a growing membership proposition at the heart of its strategy whom are recruiting for a Brand Experience, Membership Lead creating incredible brand experience events for their clients.

Renowned for its in-house events and FMCG line, this heritage brand has created a newly established role within its Membership Department: Membership Lead. With real ownership and reporting to the Head of Events and Experiences, you'll shape and deliver the annual membership programme — a distinctive calendar of events, experiences and cultural partnerships that drives engagement, acquisition and retention, and brings the brand's heritage and expertise to life.

The Role

Own the annual membership events and cultural calendar, from concept through to deliveryCurate a differentiated programme aligned to customer tiers, commercial objectives and a premium brand positioningCreate compelling themes and narratives spanning food and drink, dining, travel, culture and luxury lifestyleDevelop residencies, guest collaborations and co-created programmes that deliver genuine customer valueDesign the full customer journey — every touchpoint before, during and after each experienceBuild and activate strategic partnerships with brands, cultural institutions, chefs, producers and venues, working alongside the Partnerships ManagerLeverage the client's unique producer and supplier network to unlock exclusive access and experiencesCollaborate across Membership, Private Clients, Buying, Marketing and Hospitality teamsSet clear objectives, budgets and success measures; use attendance, engagement and commercial data to evolve the programmeHost customers at key events and stay ahead of trends across luxury hospitality, food and drink, travel and cultureAbout You

Proven experience delivering premium customer experiences, luxury hospitality programmes, cultural programming or membership initiativesCreative and commercially minded — you develop distinctive experiences that deliver measurable valueStrong project management skills, comfortable running multiple projects with exceptional attention to detailA skilled relationship builder with partners, brands and stakeholders at every levelData-literate: you use customer insight and performance metrics to shape programming decisionsExcellent communicator, verbally, in writing and in the roomNaturally curious, with a genuine passion for hospitality, food and drink, travel, culture and craftsmanshipEntrepreneurial and self-directed — you thrive with autonomy in a newly created roleFlexible on hours, including evening and occasional weekend events
