Business Analyst, Patient Services

Salary: $81,500 - 108,600 per year Requirements:

We expect a bachelors degree. We prefer a business analysis-related certification. We require at least 3 years of direct business analysis experience. We prefer 5 or more years of experience in technology-related fields and the industry. We prefer experience in biopharma and Salesforce. Responsibilities: We act as a subject matter expert and champion for customers and internal stakeholders, helping our product team deliver strong digital experiences, especially for patient support programs. We partner with product managers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to gather, document, and convert business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. We assess existing business processes to uncover opportunities for improvement, automation, and better alignment with strategic priorities. We support the product backlog by refining and prioritizing features based on business value, stakeholder input, and customer insights, while helping development teams stay unblocked. We lead and contribute to agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. We perform gap analyses and impact assessments for proposed changes or new features, and help define and track KPIs to evaluate product performance. We ensure business objectives and technical solutions stay aligned throughout the product lifecycle and validate that delivered features meet requirements. We maintain detailed documentation, preserve requirement traceability, and support change management and training to drive adoption of new solutions. We use qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform product decisions and ensure compliance with privacy regulations and internal policies. We offer a competitive Total Rewards package, which may include bonus or long-term incentive opportunities, and our base pay range for this position is $81,500 to $108,600.
