about the job.

Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycles to acquire new enterprise clients for global payroll outsourcing, HRMS software, and EOR solutions.
Conduct deep discovery calls with C-Suite, HR Directors, and Finance leads to identify operational pain points and present customized payroll tech proposals.
Build, manage, and maintain a robust commercial sales pipeline through targeted prospecting, inbound leads, and strategic networking.
Lead commercial pitches, present live HR software demonstrations, and negotiate high-value service contracts to close deals.
Monitor regional HR and payroll compliance trends, tracking competitive landscapes to position solutions effectively.

skills & experiences required.

Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally within payroll outsourcing, HR technology/SaaS, PEO/EOR, or professional HR services.
Strong knowledge of HR workflows, payroll processing, or software business models.
Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and executive-level relationship-building skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
