The Role

Our client have a fantastic opportunity for a professional, experienced, passionate and results-driven Commercial Manager to join their Commercial team working in the South England. This is a pivotal role in shaping the financial and contractual success of our organisation. They are looking for a candidate that shares their aims and ambitions, an individual with talent and commitment.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering sales, managing project work; undertaking negotiations, and identifying new business opportunities from existing clients, including property managers, facilities managers and site managers. You will work closely with the Operations team to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sale strategies aligned with company goalsLead contract negotiations with existing clients, suppliers, and partnersManage pricing strategies, cost controls, ensuring margin optimisationIdentify and pursue new revenue streams and business opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

What you’ll need

A full clean driving licenceProven experience in a Commercial Manager role within the landscaping sectorStrong negotiation and influencing skillsSound knowledge of Health and SafetyDemonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and improve profitabilityExperience managing contracts and complex agreementsIOSH certificate preferred but not essential
