Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Behavioral Health)
Pay: $20.00/hour
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. Candidates Only)
Schedule: Training (First 6 Weeks): Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST
After Training: Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM CST

About the Role:

This position serves as the first point of contact for individuals seeking behavioral health services. You will coordinate referrals, support intake processes, and ensure a positive experience for members reaching out for care — all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and assist members seeking behavioral health services.
Complete intake and referral coordination activities.
Connect members with appropriate providers for assessments and counseling.
Maintain accurate documentation and customer records.
Meet service level and response time expectations.
Resolve member inquiries and escalated issues professionally.
Navigate multiple systems while managing client interactions.
Support team workflows and assist with training initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

Recent customer service experience within healthcare, behavioral health, mental health, patient support, care coordination, medical scheduling, intake, EAP, or call center environments required.
Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Strong computer, typing, and data entry skills.
Experience working remotely or within a virtual team preferred.
Proven ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems.
Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

Work Environment:

Fully remote role.
Fast-paced, phone-based member support environment.
Requires extensive computer use, documentation, and multitasking.
Candidates must be comfortable working independently while collaborating in a virtual team setting.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
