Key Responsibilities:
• Own full sales cycle with large carriers and MGAs
• Build strategic account plans with key stakeholder mapping
• Develop trusted relationships with executives and department leaders

• Forecast sales accurately using Applied Solution Selling methodology

Requirements:
• 10+ years in consultative or solution-based sales
• 5+ years in insurance and software sales
• Proficient with Salesforce and other CRM tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
