AI-Native SEO & GEO Growth Owner: Rank Us Everywhere People Search
Project overview:
We are looking for one hands-on person to own organic growth for AISEO.ai and HumanizeAI end to end. Your job is to make us easier to find wherever people search: Google, Bing, Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude. You will set the strategy, fix the technical issues, write and publish the content, earn the citations, and measure what actually moves rankings, traffic, sign-ups, and revenue.
This is not a role for someone who ships decks and hands briefs to other people. You find the opportunity, you do the work, you report the result. Deep SEO expertise is non-negotiable, and you should understand GEO (getting cited inside AI answers) just as well as classic search.
AISEO (aiseo.ai) is a growing AI SaaS platform for content creation, SEO, and paraphrasing, growing 100 percent year over year. We are an AI-native company. We will get you fully set up with Claude Cowork, Claude Code, Skills, and our internal workflows, and we expect you to take that setup and run with it. This is an ongoing full-time role, not a one-off project.
Individuals only. No agencies. Newbies, please do not apply.
What you will own:
SEO strategy and execution
- Build and run the organic growth strategy across AISEO.ai and HumanizeAI.
- Run technical, on-page, content, and authority audits, then prioritize by expected business impact.
- Find and fix crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, duplicate or competing pages, metadata, structured data, and Core Web Vitals issues.
- Do keyword, intent, competitor, and content-gap research and turn it into a prioritized roadmap.
- Improve existing pages, consolidate weak or overlapping content, and build landing pages that convert, not just rank.
- Work with engineering when a fix needs code, and verify it shipped correctly.
GEO and AI-search visibility
- Improve how our brands appear in AI-generated answers and recommendations.
- Track prompts, brand mentions, source citations, and competitor share of voice across the major AI answer platforms.
- Make our content easy to extract, trust, and cite through clear structure, direct answers, original evidence, expert attribution, entity clarity, and appropriate schema.
- Identify the third-party sources that influence AI answers, then earn coverage, citations, and mentions through legitimate outreach and genuinely useful contributions.
- Test GEO hypotheses, document results, and separate what repeats from industry hype.
Content creation
- Personally write and publish product pages, comparison and alternative pages, use-case pages, guides, and blog posts.
- Build topic clusters around high-intent problems in AI content, humanization, SEO, and AI-search visibility.
- Use Claude Cowork and Claude Code to scale research, drafting, editing, internal linking, and refreshes while keeping facts, originality, and brand voice intact. This is not copy-pasting raw AI output.
- Refresh decaying pages based on rankings, clicks, conversions, and competitor moves.
- Turn anything you do manually more than twice into a reusable Skill or automated step.
Measurement
- Build a weekly dashboard covering organic traffic, non-branded visibility, target rankings, AI citations and mentions, conversions, and technical health.
- Tie the work to sign-ups and revenue, not vanity metrics.
- Run a disciplined loop: state the hypothesis, ship the change, measure it, scale what works.
What we are looking for:
- 3 or more years of hands-on SEO, with examples of measurable growth you personally drove.
- Strong technical SEO, on-page SEO, internal linking, structured data, search intent, and topical authority.
- Excellent English writing and editing. You can make complex AI and software topics clear and credible.
- Fluent with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or Semrush, and a crawler such as Screaming Frog or Sitebulb.
- Real understanding of GEO and how AI answer systems find, evaluate, and cite sources. No tricks, no promises that rankings can be guaranteed.
- Experience with Claude Cowork, Claude Code, or similar AI workflows, or the ability to learn them fast.
- A self-directed ownership mindset. You find problems, fix them, and report the outcome.
Strong advantages:
- Grew organic traffic for an AI, SaaS, or product-led growth company.
- Track record with comparison, alternative, integration, use-case, or programmatic landing pages.
- Measured brand visibility and citations across AI answer platforms.
- Digital PR or link-earning built on original data and genuinely useful resources.
- Built AI-assisted content or SEO workflows without losing quality.
What we provide:
- Ownership of a core growth channel across two ambitious AI brands.
- Full setup on Claude Cowork, Claude Code, Skills, and our workflows.
- Access to Claude (Pro or Max), Ahrefs, and the SEO and analytics tools you need.
- Direct work with the founders and engineers, and the freedom to ship experiments fast.
Who should not apply:
- You only write strategy and expect others to execute.
- You measure success by content volume, domain rating, or traffic that does not convert.
- You use bulk AI content, paid-link schemes, or fake reviews.
- You cannot show what you personally changed and the result it produced.
- You are an agency.
To apply:
The application is the task. Audit aiseo.ai and send us the plan to unlock growth. We would rather see how you think about our actual site than read a generic pitch.
Your submission should cover:
1. What you found. The biggest issues and missed opportunities across technical SEO, on-page, content, and GEO (visibility in AI answers such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews). Be specific and point to real pages or gaps.
2. The plan. What you would do in the first 90 days, in priority order, and why. Make clear which moves you expect to matter most and how you would sequence them.
3. The impact. What you expect each priority to change (rankings, non-branded traffic, AI citations, conversions), and how you would measure it.
4. Proof you can execute. One or two SEO results you personally drove: the starting point, what you changed, the timeframe, and the outcome, with Search Console or analytics evidence where you can.
Keep it sharp and prioritized. We are looking for judgment, not a 40-page site crawl. Tell us what you would fix first and what you would ignore.
Also include the tools you use, your availability, and your location and time zone.
