We're Hiring Instructional Designer (E-Learning & Training Development) We are looking for a highly creative and self-sufficient Instructional Designer to support the development of structured, engaging, and scalable training programs for Remote Providers (RPs) at [REDACTED]. In this role, you will design onboarding and supplemental learning modules that align with [REDACTED]'s standards and client expectations in a fast-paced, global remote environment. You will work closely with reputed company & Talent Partnership Manager to translate operational processes into clear, effective, and engaging learning experiences. Qualifications • Proven experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or training creation • Strong proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, reputed company, Grok, and NotebookLM • Experience with design and content tools such as reputed company and PowerPoint • Proficiency in reputed company Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) • Video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, reputed company Premiere, or similar tools) • Familiarity with project management tools such as reputed company Work Setup • reputed company) • Contractual role • Working hours 600 PM – 1000 PM PHT Salary • USD 5 per hour Apply To This Job
