We’re seeking experienced Lawyers to provide practical, on-demand legal support to small and mid-sized organizations. As a Fractional Lawyer, you’ll advise multiple clients on contracts, compliance, and business strategy, helping them make confident, informed decisions while managing your own schedule.

What You’ll Do:

Provide strategic legal advice on corporate or employment law mattersServe as a trusted legal advisor to growing businesses across different industriesHelp clients prevent, navigate, and resolve legal challenges while ensuring regulatory complianceNegotiate contracts, transactions, and settlements on behalf of clientsManage multiple clients and legal matters with varying priorities and deadlinesContribute to innovative approaches in legal delivery

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in employment, business law, corporate/commercial, or general counsel-type rolesProven strength in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreementsAbility to navigate client needs with business acumen and practical legal judgmentComfortable working in collaborative, tech-enabled environmentsMember in good standing with their provincial Law Society.Licensed in multiple Provinces in an asset.
