Lead Product Designer – B2B Solutions

About the roleWe are looking for a Lead Product Designer to shape the end‑to‑end experience of Grab for Business, our corporate solution that streamlines transport, food and expense management for companies across Southeast Asia. You will create coherent, user‑friendly interfaces for web and mobile that serve admins, employees and finance teams.Key responsibilitiesTranslate complex business requirements into clear user flows, wireframes and high‑fidelity mockups.Define product strategy, identify high‑impact opportunities and justify design decisions with data.Conduct user research, usability testing and behavioral analysis to inform design improvements.Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across all products and integrations.Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, data and marketing to resolve inconsistencies and deliver polished experiences.Required profilePortfolio with at least two English case studies demonstrating end‑to‑end design process and impact.Minimum 6 years of experience designing complex B2B tech products for web and mobile.Strong visual design sense and ability to produce high‑quality UI.Proven ability to define problems, design solutions, validate them and deliver to launch.Experience in service design and translating research findings into product features.Required skillsFigmaProtoPie
