As a Manager in Training, you will learn to lead a fast-paced retail store by overseeing daily operations, including sales, inventory, customer service, and team performance. This hands-on role provides the opportunity to develop leadership skills while ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

You will focus on delivering an exceptional shopping experience for every customer while supporting a motivated and productive team. Reporting to the District Manager, this role offers mentorship and structured training to prepare you for a future Store Manager position.

Compensation: $47,300

Qualifications

Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to pass a background check and drug screenSolid understanding of sales, budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory management to ensure store profitabilityExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with staff, customers, and managementHigh school diploma or equivalent, or the ability to obtain one through The Excel Center
