Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a creative, ambitious and hands-on Marketing Executive to take ownership of both digital and traditional marketing activities across the business.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior management, project teams, business development and social value professionals, helping to showcase the company, its projects, people and achievements through engaging content and innovative marketing campaigns.

The RoleThis is a varied position that combines marketing, media, content creation, branding and communications.

You will be responsible for promoting the business both online and offline, creating compelling content from live construction projects and helping drive brand awareness across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and developing the company websiteSEO strategy and performance managementMonitoring website analytics and reporting on performanceWorking with external website and marketing partnersCreating photography and video content from live construction projectsCapturing drone footage and project progress updatesProducing case studies and project success storiesManaging LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other social media platformsCreating engaging content for digital marketing campaignsSupporting sponsorship initiatives, community engagement and eventsAttending networking events, project launches and cheque presentationsProducing marketing collateral, presentations and board reportsCreating organograms, project materials and bid support contentWorking closely with the Social Value Manager and Business Development ManagerProtecting and enhancing company brand identityIdentifying new marketing technologies and digital opportunitiesAbout YouWe are looking for an individual who combines creativity with strong commercial awareness and enjoys being out on site as much as they enjoy creating content.

You will ideally have:

Previous experience within a Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Executive or Media Executive positionExperience within construction, property, engineering or the built environment would be highly advantageousStrong copywriting and content creation skillsExperience managing multiple social media channelsKnowledge of website development and SEOExperience using analytics tools to measure campaign performanceExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA proactive and self-motivated approachAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesSoftware ExperienceExperience using some or all of the following would be beneficial:
