THE JOB:
As a Casino Marketing Manager, you’ll drive the execution of marketing strategies that enhance guest engagement, grow targeted play, and deliver strong financial performance. You’ll oversee tournaments, events, and promotional activity, provide guidance and support to the Casino Host team, and collaborate with corporate and property-wide partners to ensure seamless execution. You’ll also leverage insights to optimize both the guest experience and business outcomes, creating an unmatched experience for our guests.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Works closely with National Marketing management to design, implement and evaluate marketing programs, host productivity, and event P&L’sLead the National Marketing Administrator in all tournament administration which includes: creating tournament databases, report execution, host lists, guest interactions, collateral approvals, and overseeing the tournament teamDevelop fact sheets, memos and informational content for National Marketing initiatives, such as table game tournaments, host events, marketing campaigns and ensure supporting departments are up to date on current initiativesProvide support to host team by explaining procedures/systems and sourcing solutions for obstacles encounteredPrepare and distribute standard and ad hoc reports based on business needs. Answer financial and comparative performance questions pertaining to Slot Marketing events and initiatives THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
2+ years of prior relevant experienceAbility to work varied shifts based on business needs, including weekends and holidaysMust be 21 years of age or older THE PERKS & BENEFITS:
