Role Overview We are seeking an aspiring, detail-oriented Product Management Intern to join our team, focusing on UI/UX, customer discovery, and product design collaboration. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across the entire product lifecycle—from conducting user research and mapping user flows to writing real product specifications and analyzing behavioral metrics.
What You Will Learn & Do

Customer Research & Discovery: Participate in user interviews, take notes, and synthesize qualitative feedback into structured customer problem statements and user personas.Specification Writing: Learn to write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), User Stories, and Given-When-Then (Gherkin) acceptance criteria for engineering teams.Design & Wireframing Collaboration: Partner with designers to test wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma, ensuring designs meet usability and WCAG accessibility standards.Product Analytics & Metrics: Help map user onboarding funnels, track cohort retention data, and learn how to run A/B experimentation frameworks.Agile Rituals: Attend weekly sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to see how cross-functional product development runs in practice.

Who You Are
Background: Current student or recent graduate in Business, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field looking to break into Product Management.Foundational Knowledge: Basic understanding of UI/UX concepts, user journeys, and agile software development.Analytical & Curious: Strong critical thinking skills, comfortable with basic data interpretation, and eager to ask "why" to find root causes.Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to document ideas and trade-offs concisely.Tool Familiarity (Bonus): Exposure to tools like Figma, Notion, or basic product analytics platforms.
