Our Summer Internship Program is designed for students entering their final year of university who are eager to gain meaningful, real-world experience in a fast paced, collaborative, and professional environment. As a Summer Intern, you'll participate in a comprehensive onboarding experience led by our University Relations team to set you up for success from day one. Throughout the program, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in weekly professional development sessions, networking events, social activities, and other engaging experienced designed to support your personal and professional growth. The program takes place from June – August 2027 (10-week program). This role is hybrid in the Alpharetta, Georgia office for 2-3 days a week.

Responsibilities

Shadow TAMs during customer check-ins and business reviews to learn how technical relationships are managedShadow Enterprise Architects to learn how to prepare and deliver customer engagementsHelp prepare account summaries, meeting notes, and status reports for customer-facing meetingsAssist in tracking customer health metrics, open issues, and follow-up action itemsSupport the team in organizing documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal resourcesParticipate in internal training sessions to build foundational product and industry knowledgeHelp identify trends across accounts that could be useful for the broader Professional Services teamCollaborate with Support, Sales, and Engineering teams on cross-functional projectsRequirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Strong communication skills, both written and verbalA genuine interest in technology and customer relationshipsComfortable learning new tools and software quicklyDetail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skillsA collaborative, curious mindset — willing to ask questions and learn on the flyNo prior experience with our products required — we'll teach you what you need to knowBenefits
