Project Manager – Millwork & Cabinetry | Full-Time

We are a growing millwork and cabinetry company looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

We are taking on an increasing number of projects and need someone who can take ownership of multiple projects from initial handoff through completion, keeping everything organized, on schedule, and properly coordinated.

Schedule

• Full-time: 40 hours per week

• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM New York time

• Must be fully available and dedicated to working with our team during these hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple millwork and cabinetry projects simultaneously.

• Take ownership of projects from initial handoff through completion.

• Work closely with the Estimating team to review estimates, scope, materials, pricing, and project requirements.

• Work closely with the Design/Shop Drawing team to review drawings, identify discrepancies, coordinate revisions, and ensure drawings accurately reflect the approved scope.

• Act as the main point of coordination between estimating, design, production, installation, and the client.

• Communicate directly with clients throughout the project.

• Review contracts, scopes of work, and project requirements.

• Track project schedules, deadlines, materials, and deliverables.

• Identify potential issues and coordinate solutions before they affect the project.

• Follow up on pending items and keep projects moving forward.

• Ensure clear communication and documentation across all teams.

• Help improve project management processes as the company continues to grow.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Project Manager, preferably in millwork, cabinetry, construction, interior design, or a related field.

• Experience reviewing estimates, shop drawings, contracts, and project documentation.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

• Excellent written and verbal English.

• Comfortable communicating directly with clients.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

• Reliable availability during 8 AM–4 PM New York time.

Preferred / Plus

• Experience with Houzz Pro is a strong plus.

• Experience with custom millwork or cabinetry projects.

• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or construction companies.

• Experience coordinating estimators, designers, production teams, and installers.
