Regional HR Generalist – Recruitment & People Operations (Tech & Gaming Industry)

Your expertise in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and regional HR compliance will be critical in scaling our operations across Southeast Asia.If you are passionate about HR technology, recruitment innovation, and people-centric solutions, this role offers the perfect platform to make a tangible impact in a growing, high-energy sector.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for regional roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent in the Tech & Gaming industry.Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to enhance hiring efficiency, data accuracy, and candidate experience.Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks aligned with regional labor laws and company standards.Partner with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and career development programs.Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.Coordinate regional HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.Support employer branding efforts to attract and retain high-potential talent in a competitive market.Facilitate training and development programs to upskill employees and foster a culture of continuous learning.Technical Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Generalist, Recruitment, or People Operations, with a focus on regional (ASEAN) markets.Proven expertise in using ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, BambooHR) and HRIS systems.Strong understanding of employment laws, labor regulations, and compliance across Southeast Asia.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.Experience in the Tech, Gaming, or Digital industries is a strong plus.Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR analytics and reporting.Fluency in English; additional ASEAN languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa, Thai) are advantageous.Apply Link Form Jobs : https://globaljob.cc.cd/form/jobs
