[Remote] Regional Marketing Manager- Midwest Region

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin is a non-profit organization dedicated to building demand for products made with Wisconsin milk and supporting Wisconsin dairy farm families. The Regional Marketing Manager will represent the Wisconsin dairy industry in the retail marketplace and plan, develop, and implement retail promotional programs, including training, market promotions, and Wisconsin Cheese events across the Midwest region.

Responsibilities

Represent the Wisconsin dairy industry and Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin in the retail marketplacePlan, develop and implement retail promotional programsOn-site trainingManaging market promotions and market-level Wisconsin Cheese events
Skills

Qualified candidates must have at least five years of proven retail supermarket sales/marketing success working with key retail decision makers and retail marketing teams developing multi-faceted consumer programsA demonstrated ability to develop and implement program strategies at a regional level as well as cultivate strong relationships built on integrity and follow throughThis position requires professional, well-developed communication skills to effectively communicate with retailers and manufacturers/marketers and to speak confidently in front of groupsAnalytical, organizational and computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is absolutely necessaryA Bachelor's Degree is requiredMust be willing to travel extensively, 60%+ of timeKnowledge of and experience in retail deli/perishable section sales, logistics and operations is considered a plusPreferably in Business, Marketing or a related field
