[Remote] Senior Business Analyst (reputed company and Merchant Analytics)

The Senior Business Analyst will support the Sales organization through recurring reporting, forecasting, process optimization, and self-service analytics, while also partnering with Product and other teams on feature measurement and long-term planning.

Responsibilities

Execute recurring weekly and monthly sales reports, dashboards, and analyses, delivering accurate, timely resultsImprove and automate those recurring deliverables so the team spends less time producing reports and more time interpreting themBuild and refine sales forecasting, including pipeline, capacity, and target-setting analysis in partnership with sales leadershipIdentify where the sales organization can operate more efficiently — rep productivity, merchant prioritization, onboarding and activation, and funnel conversion — and turn those findings into recommendations that stickPartner with Sales and Data teams to improve the quality and structure of the underlying sales dataPartner with product teams on new feature rollouts: define success metrics, design test and measurement plans, and deliver clear read-outsSupport long-term company planning with analysis that informs roadmap priorities and launch sequencingDevelop and maintain the data queries and BI assets that enable self-serve analyticsPresent findings to leadership in clear, compelling formats that influence strategy and execution
Skills

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, etc.)2–4 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related roleStrong SQL skills; able to manipulate and interpret large datasetsExperience building BI dashboards (Tableau, Looker, or equivalent)Familiarity with A/B testing, statistical analysis, and experiment designAbility to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insightsDetail-oriented, reputed company, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and business stakeholdersExperience in Sales Analytics
