Based on the candidate's location there will be a hybrid requirement to the nearest Drake hub
Drake has been placing people across Canada for over 70 years. We're growing our permanent recruitment team and looking for experienced 360 recruiters who like owning the full desk, from winning the client to closing the candidate.

What you'll do

Build and manage your own client base: business development, intake, and account growth
Run searches end to end, from sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding
Keep a consistent rhythm of screening and submissions so clients see steady progress
Partner with the local branch team, including the flexible staffing side, to bring more value to shared clients
Grow your billings over time, with a clear path between consultant levels as your desk matures

What we're looking for

Experience on a 360 desk in agency recruitment
2+ years of business development and building relationships with hiring managers
A track record of placements and the ability to talk through how you built your desk
Organized, self-directed, and good with an ATS
Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
