Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and manage incoming system change requests
• Troubleshoot application problems and implement solutions
• Create user communications and system change materials
• Maintain system configurations based on best practices
• Collaborate with diverse teams to solve complex problems
Requirements:
• Relevant degree in Information Technology or Business Analysis
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in technology-focused roles
• 2+ years in application programming or support
• Familiarity with EMR systems considered an asset
• Strong analytical and communication skills for diverse audiences
