Senior Commercial Counsel — SaaS Growth & Deals

GC AI in North America is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to join its fast-growing legal team. You will own a high volume of customer-side negotiations and help build scalable templates and processes to move deals quickly.

You'll work across MSAs, order forms, DPAs, NDAs, and customer paper, influencing how GC AI's commercial function scales while balancing risk and business objectives in a fast-paced startup environment.
