Senior Epic Analyst - Ambulatory Care

Work You'll Do/Responsibilities

This role is for Epic implementation work. Work will be remote most of the time but should be open to a potential for on-site should the client request that level of support. This is a very large implementation and build team for this work. This role requires a deeply experienced Epic analyst to work implementation, build and strong experience with SDLC for Epic.Provide specialized expertise in Epic systems to support the implementation and optimization of healthcare solutions. Configure and customize Epic modules according to project requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Epic systems.Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance.Provide training and support to end-users on Epic applications.Document system configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference.

Qualifications

Required

Active Certification in Epic Ambulatory, preferably with at least one specialty certification5+ years of collaboration skills as this role will work closely with business partners throughout design and implementation activities.5+ years of hands-on Epic build experience5+ years of experience in application workflows, troubleshooting, testing and support5+ years analytical problem-solving, communication and project management skillsDemonstrative understanding of technical documentationDemonstrative understanding of Change control processesBachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experienceLimited immigration sponsorship may be availableAbility to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
