Senior Manager, People

Lead the South Asia Rewards (Compensation & Benefits) and HR Technology portfolio, governing frameworks, processes and data that enable HR delivery, workforce budgeting and decision-making across South Asia and its Joint Ventures (JV). The role provides functional leadership to the Assistant Manager and partners PCBPs, IT, Finance and business leaders to deliver compliant, consistent and efficient outcomes.

Accountabilities

Own regional salary review and benefits programmes (renewals, scheme governance, vendor management and employee communications), ensuring market competitiveness and compliance.Provide payroll governance (controls, validation and exception management) and partner Finance and payroll providers for accurate, timely delivery.Standardise HR policies, procedures and controls across South Asia to align with Corporate CoE standards and local requirements, including oversight of regional secondment terms, tax administration and JV-specific arrangements.Act as Regional Process Owner for HRIS and P&C applications; partner IT and regional teams to define requirements, drive enhancements, and lead testing, deployment and end-user enablement.Govern workforce budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, including data integrity, standards, validation and reporting for workforce and people metrics.Enable people operations and employee experience across South Asia by setting standards and supporting execution for selected regional programmes (engagement/recognition, learning initiatives and onboarding) in partnership with PCBPs and business leaders.Coordinate Sustainability and other corporate reporting where People & Culture data is required, including defining requirements, validating submissions and ensuring timely delivery.Lead and develop the Assistant Manager through clear work allocation, coaching, and review/approval of deliverables; serve as specialist point of contact for regional JVs and lead/support related projects across total rewards, people data/analytics and HR technology.J-18808-Ljbffr
