Artaic Group is seeking project managers to join the team. General responsibilities, based on level and experience may include:

Budget and Schedule Development and Management
Project Team Procurement and Contract Management
Design Coordination
Construction Management
Due Diligence and Feasibility Analysis
Land Development
Overall Team Coordination and Communication
Agency Approval Coordination
Move Management and Transition Planning

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have the following years of experience in the design and construction fields.
Senior Project Manager: 10+ years
Project Manager: 5 to 9 years
Experience managing teams and success working in a team environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong experience with MS Office, Bluebeam, Scheduling Software, and Budget Management Software.

Location: Positions available in Eagle & Summit County, Colorado

Salary Range

· Senior Project Manager $125k-$170k

· Project Manager $85k-$130k

Pay: $85,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
