Senior Quality Performance Analyst – Healthcare Data

HarmonyCares, a national in-home primary care provider, seeks a Senior Analyst, Quality Performance to turn complex healthcare data into actionable insights across Medicare Advantage Stars, HEDIS, and payer contracts. You will forecast performance, develop dashboards, and partner with clinical and operational teams to drive improvements.

You will report to the Director of Quality Operations and collaborate with Analytics, Technology, and health plan partners.
