Senior UX Designer — Regional Banking Platform

Red Airship Holdings Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior UX Designer to own end-to-end design for a strategic regional banking project. You'll partner with Product Owners, developers and stakeholders to take requirements from discovery through to developer handoff.

This hands-on role involves leading a small design team (senior and mid designers), coordinating across SG, MY, and HK, and balancing user needs with business and technical constraints in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
