Job Description

Experteer Overview As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will help grow Birmingham City FC by sourcing and hiring across football, performance, commercial, and operational teams. You'll partner with hiring managers to shape roles and attract aligned talent while improving the candidate journey and Talent Acquisition processes. You'll work on change projects, including a new ATS implementation, and contribute to early career programmes. This is a pivotal role in a fast-changing club focused on sustainable growth and culture-building. Pay / Benefits

Support recruitment across the Club for football, performance, business, commercial and operational roles Partner with hiring managers to define searches and attract aligned candidates Manage the candidate journey from first contact to onboarding Collaborate with the wider People and Culture team to optimise processes Lead or contribute to change programmes and projects, including an ATS implementation and early career initiatives Influence the Club's evolution by delivering effective TA practices during a period of growth Tasks In-House Talent Acquisition experience with multi-project capability Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers Experience using and developing an Applicant Tracking System and building workflows Solutions-focused approach in a growing/ evolving organisation Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Growth mindset and passion for shaping best practice in TA Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality candidate and stakeholder experiences Collaborative, people-centred approach aligned with club culture Driven to make an impact during a defining period for the club Key requirements 23 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) Contributory pension scheme 2 match tickets to every Men's & Women's home games Opportunities for professional and personal development Discount on club shop purchases Supportive and inclusive working environment
