Salary: up to £35,000
Temporary/Interim to Permanent option available.

A growing, international organisation is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment across the UK and global markets. This is a newly created role, offering real autonomy to shape how talent is attracted, assessed and hired, while partnering closely with hiring managers and a collaborative HR team.

What you’ll be doing:Managing recruitment from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboardingCreating engaging job adverts and selecting effective attraction channelsProactively sourcing talent via LinkedIn, job boards, direct approaches, social media and specialist/international platformsScreening, interviewing and shortlisting, using recruitment tech and AI tools where appropriateCoordinating interviews, advising managers and ensuring consistent selection decisionsManaging offers, negotiations and pre-employment checksBuilding talent pipelines and using recruitment data to improve processes and performanceWhat we’re looking for:Proven end-to-end recruitment experience (in-house preferred)Strong headhunting/sourcing capability and stakeholder management skillsExperience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentInterest and confidence in recruitment technology/AIOrganised, commercially aware and genuinely passionate about recruitment as a specialismWorking pattern: on-site, with some flexibility (including occasional later interviews to support international hiring).
