🚀 Fabulous opportunity for an ambitious marketer with hands-on FMCG Brand Activation experience. This is a hands-on role with budget ownership and measurable ROI impact!
🌶️ Our client is a growing and profitable food company with an exciting portfolio of World Foods. We’re looking for a confident, capable and hands-on marketer to join the team, with responsibility for how the brand shows up in retail.

🌱 What you’ll be doing from day 1

Lead 360 brand activation campaigns across retail and digital channels
Manage external social media agencies and drive digital engagement
Shape activation strategy during key trading periods
Coordinate events, trade shows and festivals
Identify and develop partnership opportunities
Collaborate with Sales to align activation priorities

✒️ What do you need to apply?
Right to work permanently in the UK essential - no sponsorship potential

3-5 years' experience in brand activation or trade marketing
in FMCG
Proven delivery of in-store activations and sampling programmes
Experience managing external marketing or social media agencies
Experience in digital marketing, social media and e-commerce
Knowledge of grocery retailers and independent retail channels
Strong project planning and organisational skills
Excellent communication and relationship management
Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics
