(Business Development) Digital Media Manager

Responsibility:

Sales Pipeline Management / Business Development
Manage the Monthly Sales Target
Support implementation of integrated marketing initiatives for digital campaign, including online media buy, social media and influencer marketing
Handle day-to-day operations and reporting; participate in monitoring and evaluation on the effectiveness of different media channels
Assist senior to explore new/ troubleshooting with internal and external parties
Assist senior to deploy the best-in-market targeting and media solutions
Proactively look for new opportunities & experiment with new growth marketing tactics
Coordinate with clients, local & international partners, and internal parties to execute marketing programs to achieve campaign objectives
Plan and execute digital advertising campaign including media planning
Attractive Basic + Bonus package as below:

BASIC: HKD35,000 - 45,000 / month
BONUS:

BONUS quarterly if meet personal Sales KPI:
30% HKD10,000

50% - HKD20,000

70% - HKD30,000

100% - HKD45,000

130% - HKD60,000

150% - HKD80,000

200% - HKD100,000

200%+ - HKD120,000

Yearly bonus for BD & AM teams yearly team sales KPI achieved 100% = HKD300,000
150% = HKD500,000

200% = HKD1,000,000

target of whole year 2026

Requirements:

University Graduate preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, Information Systems, E-commerce or related disciplines
5+ years proven experience defining and implementing strategies in growth marketing
Familiar with Hong Kong and China various ad placement and analytical tools will be a bonus
Knowledge in social listening tools will be a bonus
Good analytical, problem-solving & critical thinking skills
Being detail-oriented and sensitive on market trend
Proficiency in written & spoken English & Mandarin
