Business Development Manager

Our client is a well-established global logistics and transportation company. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for an aggressive and highly motivated candidate to join them for the following position:
Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business development plan and account strategy at country level in line with customers time to market requirements

Regularly review and coordinate of new service activities offering with operations & account managers

Hunt for new business development through innovative strategic and tactical marketing plans

Work closely with Regional Director & BD colleagues at the region and global to collaborate on BD opportunities and offerings

Work with internal operations and account managers for any new opportunities & services offering to the existing customers

Requirements:

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management or Business

At least 5 years of experience in a commercial environment with 3 years consultative selling experience

Experience in Freight Forwarding or 3PL in established MNC environment is highly appreciated

Proven record in delivering above average target growth and possible revenue profile change

Strong interpersonal /communication skills, experience in a team/corporate environment

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint are essential

Good command of written & spoken English as well as Putonghua

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Business Development Executive
