Our client is a well-established aviation catering and food services organisation based in Hong Kong, providing large-scale catering solutions for their clients.

About the Role

This is a hunter-focused position responsible for generating new revenue and acquiring new airline customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B food and beverage sales background. Existing airline relationships or aviation industry experience would be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new airline catering customers. Build and manage a strong new-business pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contracting and onboarding. Prepare proposals and coordinate responses to RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs. Negotiate commercial terms and collaborate with internal teams on pricing and service solutions. Develop relationships with key commercial and procurement decision-makers. Monitor market developments and represent the business at relevant industry events. Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within food and beverage, airline catering, or hospitality. Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and closing commercial agreements. Strong hunter mentality with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Existing airline or aviation industry connections would be a strong advantage. Commercially driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be advantageous. Currently based in Hong Kong with strong knowledge of the local market.
