Elevation are pleased to be working with an industry leading bathroom manufacturer, these guys are great! They're on the hunt for a Contract Sales Manager across the M62 corridor who is experienced within the world of bathrooms.

The Contract Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing specification opportunities within the commercial and residential construction sectors. The role focuses on promoting the company's bathroom product portfolio to architects, designers, developers, contractors, housebuilders, and back selling through the merchants, ensuring products are specified on major projects from concept through to completion.

The successful candidate will proactively scope out new project opportunities, build strong industry relationships, influence specifications, and deliver profitable sales growth across the M62 corridor.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Development

Identify and target major construction projects within residential, hospitality, healthcare, education, leisure, and commercial sectors.Develop and maintain a pipeline of specification-led opportunities through project tracking platforms, industry contacts, and market intelligence.Engage with developers, architects, interior designers, M&E consultants, quantity surveyors, and main contractors to secure product specifications.Generate new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
Project Specification & Management

Drive specification of bathroom products from initial design stages through to project completion.Provide technical and product expertise to consultants and specifiers alongside building strong relationships with merchants.Monitor project timelines and key decision-making stages to maximise conversion opportunities.Coordinate project activity with internal sales, customer service, logistics, and technical teams.Ensure specified products are protected and converted into orders.
