Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic partnerships with insurance companies, corporate clients, and healthcare partners, expanding insurance networks and cross-border healthcare opportunities to drive patient access and business growth; Develop and execute business development and insurance engagement strategies aligned with CUHKMC's strategic objectives to drive patient acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion in Hong Kong, the GBA, and other target markets; Serve as the key liaison between doctors and insurance partners, strengthening panel doctor participation, enhancing referral networks, and driving initiatives that improve collaboration and business performance; Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on market opportunities, healthcare trends, insurance collaborations, service development initiatives, and business growth strategies; Collaborate closely with clinical, operational, finance, and revenue cycle teams to optimize payer relationships, enhance patient experience for insured members, and support the effective implementation of insurance-related initiatives; Manage budgets, business cases and financial evaluations for strategic initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation and measurable return on investment; and Perform any other duties as assigned by Chief Financial Officer.

Job Requirements

Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related disciplines. Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in business development, strategic partnerships, healthcare management, insurance relations, corporate engagement or related fields, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role. Proven track record in managing and developing relationships with insurance companies, corporate clients and healthcare stakeholders. Strong strategic thinking, business acumen and analytical skills with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable business strategies. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, negotiation, partnership development and project leadership. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives, doctors and external partners. Strong understanding of Hong Kong healthcare and insurance markets; knowledge of the Greater Bay Area (GBA) healthcare ecosystem is an advantage. Self-motivated, results-oriented and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.

Compensation and Employment Terms

We provide a unique employment experience for people seeking careers in hospital and healthcare industry; and offer competitive remuneration packages to the successful candidates. Appointment will be made on a 3-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
