Enterprise AI Sales Director

Sierra is expanding its Retail sales team in Canada, seeking an accomplished Enterprise Sales professional to drive revenue with large B2B customers. You will own deal cycles from prospecting to close, navigate complex negotiations, and help shape our GTM motion. You bring 8-12+ years in enterprise hunting and farming, a track record managing $1M+ quotas, and exceptional communication. This is a high-impact, collaboration-heavy role within a fast-growing AI platform.
