Regional Account Executive – Safety, IoT & AI

Penguin Location Services™ builds intelligent location-based safety solutions that help protect people, improve workflows, and give organizations real-time visibility into their environments. Our platform supports applications such as staff duress, workforce safety, wander prevention, asset visibility, and operational intelligence across healthcare, assisted living, industrial, and enterprise environments. As we expand across North America, we are looking for a hungry, hands-on direct salesperson who wants to build a territory, travel to customers, and grow with an emerging technology company.

What You’ll Do

Prospect aggressively and build new business across your territory.
Sell Penguin’s safety, RTLS, and AI-enabled solutions.
Own the full sales cycle from first contact through demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and close.
Meet customers onsite and travel frequently throughout your territory.
Develop relationships with healthcare, senior living, industrial, safety, security, and operational leaders.
Build and manage a disciplined pipeline in HubSpot.
Represent Penguin at industry events and trade shows.
Work closely with technical and product teams to turn customer problems into solutions.

You’re a Fit If You

Have 3–5 years of B2B direct sales experience in healthcare technology, industrial safety, IoT, physical security, and/or RTLS.
Are a genuine hunter who enjoys opening doors rather than waiting for leads.
Are not afraid to travel and believe face-to-face selling matters.
Want to learn and sell emerging technologies including RTLS, connected safety, and AI.

What Success Looks LikeWithin your first six months, you will have built a meaningful territory pipeline, established relationships with target accounts, and begun converting opportunities into customers.We are looking for someone who wants more than a sales job—someone who wants to build a market, learn quickly, travel, hunt, and grow with the company.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
