Are you a recently qualified ACA looking to make your move into industry?

I'm partnering with a fast-growing, private equity-backed UK business to recruit an FP&A Analyst into its Group Finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone coming from a Big 4 background who wants to move beyond traditional accounting and develop their career in financial planning, modelling and strategic finance.

Working directly with the Head of Finance & Strategy, and closely with the CFO, you'll gain exposure to senior leadership, private equity investors and the commercial decisions shaping the future of the business.

What you'll be doing:

Building and maintaining integrated financial models, including the Group's five-year planSupporting budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysisPreparing financial information and reporting for the Board, investors and lendersDeveloping scenario models and business cases to support strategic decisionsSupporting debt modelling, covenant reporting and cash flow analysisWorking on value creation initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and performanceGaining exposure to strategic projects and future investment activity

What we're looking for:

ACA qualified with approximately 1–3 years' post-qualification experienceStrong financial modelling and Excel skillsA good understanding of financial statements and commercial driversSomeone analytical, curious and comfortable challenging the numbersAn ambitious individual who wants to develop a career in FP&A and strategic finance
