Shape the way Mattoni 1873 moves millions of bottles across Central Europe, and keep improving the supply chain as our portfolio grows.

Analyse route to market and distribution network efficiency, and design and implement improved distribution concepts and processes
Run portfolio ABC and production capacity analyses, and improve capacity utilisation across the Group
Lead Group supply chain projects across warehousing, transport, production, raw material sourcing, planning and import, delivering each in full, on time and on budget, without disrupting service during implementation
Run development projects with distribution partners and logistics providers, and support the development of our own warehouse facilities in Central Europe
Build and maintain the analytics and reporting that track supply chain KPIs (service level, OPEX, total cost, cost per bottle) and identify improvement opportunities
Benchmark costs, KPIs and industry best practice, and drive standardisation and continuous improvement across the Group
Evaluate new technologies and solutions and prove their value before scaling
Prepare business cases, performance analyses and recommendations for Supply Chain leadership to support investment decisions
Cooperate with local supply chains and Group functions to share best practice and deliver shared targets
