The Position
Parent & Child at the Heart

As Supply Chain Manager North America, you will lead the operational supply chain activities across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring efficient warehousing, transportation, customer service, and order management processes.

You will play a key role in delivering excellent service levels to customers and retailers while driving operational efficiency, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement across the supply chain network.

Based in Stamford, CT | Reporting to Purchasing & Logistics Director

Dotted-line reporting to General Manager North America

Agility, Speed & Execution
This is a hands-on leadership role combining operational execution, people management, and cross-functional collaboration. Working closely with local commercial teams and global supply chain stakeholders, you will ensure service excellence while driving efficiency and scalability across North America.

Main Responsibilities
Supply Chain Operations

Lead warehousing, transportation, customer service, and order management activities across North America.
Ensure strong service levels, inventory availability, and efficient product flow.
Drive operational performance through KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage relationships with warehouses, logistics providers, and 3PL partners.

Planning & Performance

Lead warehouse capacity planning and transportation coordination.
Support stock optimization and supply chain efficiency initiatives.
Monitor operational KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
Provide visibility into order pipelines and sales forecasts.

Customer Service & Retail Operations

Oversee retailer customer service and order management processes.
Support EDI initiatives and customer-facing operational improvements.
Ensure strong collaboration between Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service teams.

Leadership & Collaboration

Lead and develop a team across Logistics and Customer Service.
Partner with global Supply Chain, Purchasing, IT, and Commercial teams on key projects and process improvements.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to support business growth and operational excellence.

Experience & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
6-10 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, planning, or supply chain operations.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes within consumer goods or related industries.
Experience managing 3PL providers, warehouse operations, and transportation networks.
Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel capabilities.
Experience with planning systems, Power BI, and S&OP processes is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English.
