We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to join a leading life insurance organisation. This role will be responsible for driving the end-to-end development and enhancement of savings and insurance products, from market research and product ideation through to launch and post-implementation review.

Your new role

Support the formulation and execution of product strategies to meet evolving customer and market needs.Lead product development and enhancement initiatives from concept stage through implementation.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and product trends.Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, including distribution, marketing, operations, actuarial, compliance, and finance teams, to ensure successful product delivery.Prepare business proposals, launch materials, and management reports for internal governance processes.Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to enhance customer value and business results.Ensure all product initiatives comply with relevant regulatory and internal requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

Degree holder5+ years of experience within the insurance industry, preferably in product development, product management, product proposition, or related functions.Strong understanding of insurance products and market dynamics.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.Proficiency in English and Chinese.
