Lead UX UI Designer

Position Summary We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UX/UI designer to join our fast-growing fintech team. This role focuses heavily on User Experience (UX) while also covering UI development, ensuring seamless translation of business features into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. You will work closely with product managers and designers to transform Figma designs into functional Flutter applications, delivering exceptional digital experiences for our customers. Key Responsibilities UX Design & Research: Lead user experience design across web and mobile platforms. Translate business features into clear UX requirements and workflows. Conduct usability reviews and propose enhancements for optimal user journeys. UI Development: Convert Figma prototypes into Flutter-based applications with pixel-perfect precision. Ensure responsive, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces. Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency. Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on usability and aesthetics. Innovation & Creativity: Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to improve user engagement and experience. Stay updated on UX/UI trends and fintech design best practices. Requirements Strong experience in UX design with proven ability to create intuitive user flows. Proficiency in UI development using Flutter and translating designs from Figma. Solid understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. Familiarity with financial services (FSI) is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work end-to-end: from conceptualization to implementation. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Preferred Skills Experience with responsive design and cross-platform development. Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
