Manager, HNW Business Development

Role and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Head of HNW Business Development to develop and implement business strategies that drive top-line growth.Identify and develop new international and bank brokerage partners to expand the distribution network.Coach and motivate brokerage partners to enhance sales performance and accelerate growth for our insurance products.Collaborate with business partners to execute product, marketing, and sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve business objectives.Conduct product and sales skill training programs to enhance the capabilities of brokerage partnersIdentify the needs and demands of individual partners to drive the salesFacilitate sales and case management with internal and external partiesFacilitate partners and TRs for delivery of quality, complied and consistence businessHandle day-to-day partners related issues to ensure our high level of services standard MinimumEnsure full compliance with all applicable rules, guidelines, regulations in HNW sales and distribution

Qualifications and Requirements:

University Degree, Major in marketing / Business Admin preferredAt least 8 to 10 years experience in HNW/Broker/Bank sales, preferably with experience in distribution channel salesStrong working knowledge of HNW Insurance business and understand of current market situation.Experience of distribution sales operation with strong understanding of consumer attitude and behaviourExcellent presentation, communication and negotiation skillsAmbitious in business growth with proven track record to build strong connection with distribution channel & clientsAble to work under pressureBe always to give recommendations and contribute new ideas for improvementStrong computer skills including PowerPoint, Words, & ExcelFluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
