Marketing & Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

Marketing & Social MediaPlan and execute digital marketing and social media campaigns for BSL solutions.Manage and create content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and Xiaohong Shu (小紅書).Monitor engagement, market trends and campaign performance, and prepare basic marketing reports. Sales & Business DevelopmentResearch and identify potential clients, business partners, brands, IP owners and commercial opportunities.Support lead generation, client communication, sales presentations, proposals and follow-up activities.Maintain leads, contacts and follow-up activities using ClickUp, Miro or other internal tools. Content & EventsCreate marketing materials, presentations, social media graphics and short-form videos for campaigns and business activities.Support exhibitions, conferences, webinars, business matching and other promotional events.Coordinate with internal teams, external partners and agencies to ensure smooth execution. GeneralConduct market and competitor research and keep up with relevant technology, AI, Web3 and digital marketing trends.Handle ad-hoc marketing, sales and business development projects as required.

Requirements

Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing or related disciplines.0–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, business development, sales or agency environment. Fresh graduates with strong relevant skills or portfolios are welcome.Experience with TikTok and/or Xiaohongshu (小紅書) is highly preferred.Familiar with Canva; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro is an advantage.Familiar with AI tools for content creation, research and productivity.Experience with ClickUp or other project management tools is an advantage.Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.Creative, proactive, organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Interest in technology, Web3, entertainment, IP, e-commerce or digital platforms is an advantage.
