Business Development Executive / Manager

About the Role We are recruiting a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our Point of Sales (POS) hardware, Self‑Service Kiosks, and customised software programming services.This role is ideal for a candidate who combines strong business development skills with technical understanding, and who enjoys working with hardware solutions, self‑service systems, and custom software projects. Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and develop business for:POS hardware solutionsSelf‑Service KiosksCustomised software programming services integrated with self‑service kiosksIdentify and develop new business opportunities, customers, and partnershipsWork closely with technical and engineering teams to design tailor‑made solutions for clientsPrepare proposals, quotations, and presentationsManage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closingBuild and maintain long‑term relationships with customersKeep up to date with market trends, competitors, and customer needs RequirementsDiploma or above in Business, Engineering, IT, or related disciplinesProven experience in business development, sales, or account managementExperience or strong interest in POS systems, self‑service kiosks, hardware solutions, or software servicesGood technical understanding and ability to communicate with engineers and customersStrong presentation, negotiation, and communication skillsSelf‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independentlyGood command of English and Cantonese We OfferCompetitive salary with commission Opportunity to work with innovative self‑service and POS solutionsExposure to both hardware and software projectsCareer growth in a fast‑growing technology environment Interested candidates are welcome to submit their CV with expected salary.
