Mechanical Contracts Manager - Project Lead

Role Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee multiple residential and commercial projects across the North West and Liverpool region. This is a standout opportunity not only to take ownership of key projects from pre-construction through to handover, but also to step into a long-term leadership position with the potential to lead the Mechanical Division within the business as it continues to grow.

Roles and Responsibilities

Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors across multiple projects Overseeing programme, cost control, and quality standards Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants Driving performance across projects and supporting wider business growth Playing a key role in shaping and developing the Mechanical Division Skills and Qualifications Required
